You will be provided with product information, samples, pricing and lead time required to process orders. Lead time on a custom order is typically two to three weeks.

In-Stock Non Special Order Items: Merchandise can be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, if an alternative item is required kindly place a new order. All merchandise for return must be in new condition, with its original packaging. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made by us. Returns for credit will be processed and refunded to your original form of payment within 2 weeks of receipt of your return.
Special Order Items: Returns are not accepted except for defects in materials & workmanship. All problems must be reported to SBS within 10 working days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note that prices do not include sales tax. If your order is being shipped within New York, applicable sales tax will be applied.
